To be honest, I don’t ever, ever think you should try to do your own logo. It’s quite painful if you’re not a designer and you’ll likely end up with a logo that looks homemade and a tad unprofessional.

Hello everyone, I am not a graphic designer. This is my confession.
I found my designer, Twinkle, through an online outsourcing service. We talked about my inspirations, my desires, my artistic approach – and my budget. I asked her to give me a hand and make my ideas pretty! And she said YES!
It was an organic process. Twinkle drafted several mood boards. We discussed my likes and dislikes and fleshed out details that would soon be embodied in a logo. I enjoyed this process. It helped me to rediscover things about myself that I wouldn’t have ordinarily thought about.
Some of her sketches while drafting my ideas for the logo:

Here’s the final product:

I want it to give great impact while exercising a very simple yet creative style.
The two braces enclosing my name are vines and flowers to symbolize femininity and elegance. They draw closer together to represent an intimate and personal relationship that I aim to foster with my clients, as well as a sign of love, whether romantic or filial, that I want to capture in every photo shoot. The little grapes speak of a fruitful journey towards discovery – and, just as wine gets better as it gets older.
So – here are my business cards! I really like how they turned out:

Cards were printed from UPrinting – and they have really done a great job.
Thank you Twinkle! xoxo Sandra
