Last Saturday, I had the privilege of photographing the wedding of Carly and Scott at the prestigious Palma Ceia Country Club. It was a day filled with laughter, love, family and friends, and was a lovely celebration for the couple as they begin their life together.

A beautiful woman with a flair for artful conception, and a dashing gentleman who understands precious stones – whatever could be more perfect for them than each other? Valerie and Tibi vowed their love to each other at a court house back in March of this year, and recently they’ve selected me to photograph their wedding celebration at Island Way Grill in Clearwater, FL. It was a chance for everyone to toast the union of two people who are very devoted to each other.
Valerie is originally from Florida and owns a very successful advertising company, Pix Design, in NYC. Her company designed the logo and menu for Monster Sushi which is coincidentally one of my favorite sushi restaurants in NYC. Tibor (a.k.a. Tibi) is English, so his friends and family flew all the way from London to celebrate this special event with them.
Valerie designed every detail, from the cute place cards on oranges to the vintage table cloths and candles in old mason jars. Even the band played mostly swing and jazz, which tied everything together exquisitely. Valerie also requested if I could give the photos a vintage style. Of course, BRILLIANT! It was an excellent way to express the spirit of the celebration!

How adorable is little 6-month old Tyler? I photographed this cute mother-and-son duo in St. Pete on Monday. I met Lisa and her son at the Halloween Mini-Session I did at UCH a few weeks ago. She contacted me right away about scheduling a full-session for her little bundle of joy. Initially, Tyler was showing off his serious business side for the shoot. 
Later, Lisa and Tyler did airplanes and patty-cakes together. It was so sweet to witness the connection between them!

I was so impressed by your talent, Sandra! It was very stressful trying to make my son smile during what is normally a happy time of day for him. So I had to accept the fact that the photos could potentially not be perfect because of his serious mood. But was I so happy and amazed when I saw the results!! The photos were a work of art!! You made Tyler look so thoughtful through his serious demeanor! And I was so surprised and excited how were able to capture the fleeting moments when he actually did smile! Thank you for all of your hard work and I am recommending your work to all of my friends!!
